Now that we been in our home for several months after the remodel, we couldn't be happier with the work Greg did. We are really impressed with the workmanship. He has always responded very quickly with answers to our questions. His attention to detail is amazing. He gets things done on time or ahead of schedule. My wife has appreciated Greg's patience. We added a lot of things onto the project. We always received good advice from Greg which has been extremely helpful. Also, Beth has been very helpful and a great person to talk to about the remodel. Greg has assembled a great list of contractors. Clint and Seth do great work. Every one of them does high quality work, as does Greg.

Greg and Clint were professional, punctual, and productive. Their assembly of the deck, from framing to the finishing touches, was meticulously done. Greg took care of permits from the City, inspection, everything. He and Clint were careful to make sure my big black lab had access to the back yard whenever she needed it. Tell Greg what you want; if he thinks it's appropriate, he'll suggest modifications and/or ask if you're interested in doing something a little differently. He made NO changes without discussing them with me first. I would recommend Streamline Enterprises without reservation! Description of Work: Greg Mizer and his colleague Clint built a beautiful deck with hand rails and a pergola in my back yard. The deck is approximately 14' wide by 20' long, with a taper at the end leading to 4 steps down into the back yard.

We had Greg and his team remodel our original 1992 master bathroom. We asked friends for recommendations and we overwhelmingly heard the name Greg Mizer with Streamline Enterprises. We have been so pleased with the experience. Greg was a good communicator and brought all our wants for the room to reality. All of his team were very professional and provided great service. The work was done in a neat and timely manner. Remodels are never fun (we lived in our basement during the work) but this experience went very smoothly. Let's face it: a major home remodel can be stressful. So if you want a dependable, patient, fair, and skilled contractor who will be there before, during, and after a project, we highly recommend Greg Mizer of Streamline Enterprises. Our construction was extensive enough—new kitchen, master bathroom, porch addition, heating and air conditioning system, and more—that we needed to move out for three months. The job was done to exacting standards within that time frame. When any unforeseen development arose, as is inevitable in a big undertaking, all the options were clearly explained and our decisions (and sometimes reversals) honored. From towel racks to flooring to an entire kitchen design it all couldn't have gone better. Streamline gave us a beautiful renovation. They do superb work.

Streamline has done a number of remodeling projects for me over the years, from custom built-ins to bathroom remodeling as well as an extensive kitchen/main-floor reconstruction. Revamped fireplace with new rock and mantle, moved doorways, installed carpet, moved electrical, drywall repairs, new trim (matches perfectly!), new shelves in pantry. Mr. Mizer did a fantastic job. He stripped off all of the old tile, replaced substrate where it was necessary and also improved the stability of the island substrate as it previously was not reinforced across the entire surface. He was very clean and left everything ready for the tile install.
